My Story
Bronco Bakehouse is a small bakery business I started around a year ago just after high school. While working in a kitchen throughout high school, I developed my desire for baking. What started as birthday cakes for family and friends quickly became bake sales at works followed by baby showers and anniversary cakes! I have crafted my favorite recipes from cookies, brownies, to cupcakes, cake pops and more. Having a Tree Nut allergy myself, I find it difficult to ensure my treats are safe for me to eat. At Bronco Bakehouse, I dedicated a separate mixer, and equipment for those nut included recipes to ensure there is no trace of nuts on any other nut free product. My dream is have Bronco Bakehouse offer a wide variety of flavors and products for any need, any time. With dedication and the help of every customer along the way Bronco Bakehouse will one day open a storefront!
About Me
Welcome to the official Bronco Bakery website! My name is Nicole I am 20 years old and I am the owner and creator of Bronco Bakehouse. I begin learning to bake at a young age with my mother which progressed to much, much more. Some of my other hobbies include 2D art, music, automotive, and travel. I decided to launch Bronco as a business for some extra money on the side but along the way I realized I wanted more from this. I want this to be the start of something that will become beautiful and successful. Everybody starts somewhere and I believe I was born to bake.
